• Pan-India Delivery: We ship across India to all major cities and towns.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Valancya piece. If something isn’t right, we make it easy to exchange.

• Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• How to Exchange: Simply reach out to us with your order details and we will guide you through the process.
• Note: We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are processed in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.
