To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we partner with India’s leading and most reliable logistics providers (including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees) to service over 19,000+ pin codes nationwide.
1. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee of ₹49 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders to cover secure handling charges.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Because we operate on a factory-direct model, our inventory is thoroughly quality-checked before leaving our central fulfillment warehouse.
All retail orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, a unique tracking link will be sent to you instantly via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
While exact delivery times depend on your geographical location, our standard delivery windows are as follows:
Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
Northeast India & J&K: 5 to 7 business days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To maintain an efficient supply chain and avoid fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery orders undergo an automated verification process. You may receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation message or a quick phone call from our team to verify your delivery address before shipment.
5. Corporate & Bulk B2B Orders
For custom corporate gifting suites, wholesale batches, or high-volume retailer bulk orders, custom dispatch timelines and freight shipping rates will apply. These terms will be explicitly detailed in your Proforma Invoice (PI) generated by your dedicated Valancya account manager.
6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Your premium belts, ties, and gift sets leave our warehouse in sealed, branded Valancya packaging. If you receive a package that appears severely damaged, torn, or tampered with from the outside:
Please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent.
Take a quick photo or video of the package.
Contact our customer care executive immediately at support@valancya.in or reach out via our official WhatsApp support line with your Order ID, and we will arrange a fresh replacement for you instantly.
